Definitely size up one. I normally wear a medium but got a large after seeing it was a slimmer fit and it fits perfectly. Still fitted around the arms and chest but much more comfortable

Just know this is a very fitted Henley. If you like that tight silhouette, stay true to size. I wanted mine a little more relaxed so I went one size bigger and I’m really happy I did. Maybe ordering one size bigger can be beneficial
